Are the products listed brand medications?
No. All of our products are generic, instead of brand medications.
What is the meaning of generic? Do they have the same effect as brand name pills?
A generic pill and a brand name pill differ in name, price, and shape. This drug follows the name of the ingredient while the manufacturer has a brand name for their products. However, manufacturers cannot be awarded patent for certain chemical agents. For this reason, producers of generic meds can legally produce what we call 'generics'.
The two are chemically similar and since they have the same active ingredient, their effects are also identical. That is why when you buy a generic medicine, you pay less but still get the same effects.
Why are these medicines affordable?

Do I need a prescription before I order?
No. Our company does not require prescription to buy from us. However, we recommend that you consult with your physician before taking these drugs. How can I pay using bank wire transfer? How is my order arranged with this method?
If you choose bank wire transfer:
- Select the product that you want to order.
- Browse to the 'Checkout Page' then click the 'wire payment box'.
- Complete the order/form form then click 'Submit Transaction'.
- If the information is placed correctly, you will see the confirmation message and the wire transfer address where the money should be sent. You can also find the same message in your email inbox. It is best to save this message to your hard drive as a backup.
- Accomplish the bank wire transfer to the specified address within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Once we receive the money (usually after three to five days), the order will be processed.
Note: The order will be considered paid but the order will only be sent out once we receive the complete amount.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged after you fill in the order form at the checkout section and click 'Submit'. The processing centre will check your credit card information and will charge your card upon approval. Once the order is confirmed, we will process your shipment.

What are your discount offers?
You will be given a 'coupon word' if you are a repeat customer. You can insert this coupon word when you place a repeat order. This will give you a five percent discount on your next order. If you are not able to place coupon word, you cannot go back and change that field once you place your order.

Are you shipping to my country?
Our products can be shipped to most parts of the globe except for some Asian countries.
Where do the products come from?
The pills are produced and processed in India.
What package setups are available? Do I need to sign the shipment?
The package is placed in discrete envelopes placed in your mailbox. We do this to protect your privacy. You do not need to sign for the package if the order is sent via Standard mail.
Do you ship my products during the same date of my order?
Our products are well in stock and ready for delivery. Still, we have to verify your order and ensure that the shipping information is accurate before we pack your order and send it out. All of these take one to two days.
Do you have Courier Service available? Can they track my order?
We offer two shipping methods. Courier service allows your packages to be tracked with a tracking number given to you once we ship the order. Meanwhile, Standard International Airmail cannot track your package.
What is the cost and time of delivery?
The shipping cost and duration vary by shipping type and the destination:

Can the customs stop my order?
We will inform you if this happens. They will ask the receiver to come in and have your permission to examine the parcel. Once examined, you should be able to receive your package. If there are complications in getting your package, let us know and we will try to get any complication solved.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
When this happens to your order, please contact our team about the issue. We can either refund your payment or resend the order. Please read our company policies for more information.
Orders for 90 pills or more will be given in a series of packages. We will send the first 30 pills with the 4 bonus pills in the first package. After one week, the remaining balance will be shipped.
How much do I have to pay for reshipping?
Nothing. We will reship the product for free.

Where can I know the status of my package?
You can either contact our company support or check the status of your order from the website. Go to the account section to view the status of your order, your bonus, dispatch date, and expected delivery time. You can go to the account section by inserting your order number, and email address.
If your order was shipped using Courier Service, you can find your tracking number in the accounts section.
I would like to change my shipping details. How do I do that?
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can send a message for order cancellation of your order or modify the shipping address.
